Hi, I'm Andy

Andy (they/she) is passionate about community-driven policies, inclusive economic growth, and implementation science. They demystify complex systems through data analytics and implement innovative solutions with communities and stakeholders. Previous projects include Race Forward Place-Based Strategies team strategy development, a manufacturing social startup dedicated to girls education and rural workforce development, a federal land rights reparations program in Indian Country, and a 5-year strategic plan for post-Ebola Liberia.

Andy holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago with a concentration in public finance and economic development. She got her BA honors in political science and applied statistics from the University of Michigan.
